story with a man in critical condition after an overnight shooting in the market district. >> you can see this street cleaner near taylor and market street. there has been in investigation of three and a half hours they were on the scene about 43 and a half hours, after a shooting that was at 1:30. they have been on the scene for about three and half hours. they are not sure what that confrontation was about. we do know there was a gunfire exchange between two individuals one of the victim's was struck in the face and twice in the side with three shots. they do not have a suspect. he was able to flee the scene and they are still searching.
